Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you represent) and Zetanic Limited ("Zetanic", "we", "us") for your use of Dispatch ("the Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Dispatch for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

1. The Service

Dispatch is an AI-assisted social media management platform. It helps you plan, generate, schedule and publish content to social media accounts you connect (such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram). Content is generated as drafts for you to review, and nothing is published to your accounts until you approve it. We may add, change or remove features to improve the Service.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over. You agree to give accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at privacy@zetanic.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Trials, plans & billing

Plans and prices are shown at sign-up and on your billing page, exclusive of any applicable VAT or taxes.
Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, a payment method is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically continues as a paid plan and the first payment is taken at the end of the trial. Discount codes may extend a trial.
Recurring billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance each period (monthly unless stated) through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
Price changes. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

4. Your content and your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you approve and publish through the Service. Dispatch generates drafts using AI, which can occasionally be inaccurate, out of date, or off-brand — you must review each post before approving it. By approving a post you confirm it is accurate, lawful, and suitable to publish on your channels. You are responsible for ensuring your published content complies with applicable laws (including advertising, consumer and intellectual-property law) and with the rules of the social platforms you publish to.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful, or to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Your material. You keep ownership of your brand assets, inputs, and the content you approve. You grant us a licence to use them as needed to generate, schedule and publish content on your behalf and to operate the Service.
AI-generated drafts. As between you and us, you own the posts you approve, subject to any third-party rights (for example, stock images are licensed via Pexels under the Pexels licence). Because AI can produce similar outputs for different users, we cannot guarantee that generated text is unique.
Our material. We own the Dispatch platform, software and underlying technology. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you.

7. Third-party platforms

The Service relies on third-party platforms and APIs (including LinkedIn, Meta, Stripe and Pexels). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, outages, or any action they take in relation to your accounts (such as restricting or removing access).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any particular results, reach or engagement, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will not require editing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from the content you publish through the Service, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

11. Data protection

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example, personal data contained in your content or audience engagement), we act as your processor under the data-processing terms in Annex A.

12. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or where we reasonably need to. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the date; for material changes we will give notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

14. General

These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Annex A — Data Processing

This annex applies where we process personal data on your behalf as your processor (you being the controller), under Article 28 of the UK GDPR.

Subject matter & duration. Processing of personal data contained in your content and audience data, for the duration of your use of the Service.
Nature & purpose. Generating, scheduling, publishing and reporting on social media content at your direction.
Types of personal data. Names, social handles, and any personal data you include in content, plus engagement data returned by the platforms.
Categories of data subjects. Your audience, followers and customers.
Our commitments. We will: process the data only on your documented instructions; keep it confidential; apply appropriate security measures (see the Privacy Policy); use only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy and tell you of intended changes; assist you, so far as reasonable, with data-subject requests and your security and breach obligations; and, on the end of the Service, delete or return the personal data unless we are required by law to keep it.
